Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 4 years of experience in UX design, product design, conversation design, or UX writing and content design. - Experience designing conversational AI prompts (e.g., AI prompt engineering) for a range of user contexts. - Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions). Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Experience leading content strategy projects or in UX writing, content design, technical writing, writing, editorial, marketing, or a related field. - Experience on UX-focused product writing and shaping content for multi-disciplinary projects. - Experience defining model and agentic AI experiences, and translating those into product direction and improvements. - Experience working on a content and conversation design team, including scaling frameworks and standards that ensure quality on multi-modal user experiences.
