Job summary: This position is responsible for managing the Section Engagement team’s activities related to planning, organizing and supporting groups of elected physician leaders in the assigned Medical and Primary Care Networks. This includes leading a team that develops an in-depth understanding of member issues and priorities, managing issues that require escalation, and identifying opportunities for alignment with the work of the OMA for leaders in the network. This role acts as a main point of contact between the Medical and Primary Care Networks and the OMA, and works with senior staff across departments to support the work of the Networks.
