Our Ideal Candidates Will Have The Following Qualifications: - At least 1 year working under a BCBA as an BT - RBT designation required OR must obtain within 90 days of joining the company - Availability to work within the hours of 8:00AM - 6:30 PM - Strong communication and written skills - MUST have excellent attendance Position responsibilities: - Implement treatment programs under the guidance of a BCBA - Collaborate with multidisciplinary team (SLPs, OTs, etc.) on a weekly basis to ensure continuity of care - Provide direct care to clients in a one-on-one or group therapy setting to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatments as directed by the supervisor. - Collect and record data on patient behavior. - Collaborate and communicate clients, pa...
