Description Personal Care Assistant - PCA Full Time Day & Night Shift Opportunities Position Summary: - This position provides personal care and related services to patient in the home. Essential Functions: Employee must have regular attendance/punctuality, be able to work with others at all levels of the Company, have exceptional customer service, and be completely honest. Other assigned duties include: - Follows the Plan of Care to provide safe, competent care/services to the patient. - Help the patient maintain good personal hygiene and assists in maintaining a healthy, safe environment. - Plan and prepare nutritious meals. - Assist the patient with ambulation as detailed by Patient Care Plan. - Encourage the patient's independence but not exceed their capabilities outlined out in the Patient's Care Plan. - Performs routine housekeeping tasks. - Other duties as assigned.
