POSITION SUMMARY: The Corporate Compliance Manager supports and strengthens the organization’s compliance program across a network of ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs). This role ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, CMS Conditions for Coverage, accreditation standards (e.g., AAAHC, Joint Commission), and HIPAA privacy requirements. The Manager works closely with ASC administrators, operation leaders, clinical leaders, revenue cycle teams, and corporate leadership to monitor compliance risks, ensure operational readiness, and promote a culture of safety, integrity, and regulatory excellence.
