Common Equity Housing Ltd (CEHL) provides long-term secure housing to people with low-income backgrounds who may find full market rent unaffordable. We are currently seeking an experienced Compliance and Assurance Lead to join our Risk and Compliance team. ABOUT THE ROLE: The Compliance and Assurance Lead is responsible for strengthening CEHL’s governance, accountability, and performance. This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing CEHL's compliance, assurance, policy, and complaints management frameworks, ensuring they are effective, contemporary, and embedded across the organisation. This role proactively manages compliance risks, oversees the policy framework and internal audit program, and leads the management of feedback, complaints and incidents. A key focus of the role is ensuring CEHL meets all legislative, regulatory, and contractual obligations, while fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
