Location The North region covers stores across Scotland, Northern Ireland, North Wales, Merseyside, the North-East and North-West of England, North Yorkshire, Lancashire and Greater Manchester. Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to hold a full UK driving licence (subject to mileage, a Business Need car may be provided). Our People team partners closely with senior retail leaders across our regions to translate strategy into effective people plans that support store operations and colleague experience at scale. This role sits within a collaborative and inclusive People division, working in partnership with the North region to support operational delivery while shaping how people initiatives land where they matter most.
