Key Responsibilities: Champion Safety and Quality, ensuring compliance with KONE installation methods and risk assessments. Build a customer-focused culture, capturing and acting on the Voice of Customer. Lead, coach, and develop your regional Delivery Operations team, setting clear objectives and driving performance through KPIs and data. Oversee installation operations, capacity planning, and resource optimization.
