Please review the job details below. Vantor is seeking an experienced Cyber Operations Capabilities Developer to build advanced offensive cyber tooling in support of mission-critical operations. This role is focused on developing low-level, high-performance capabilities used in real-world environments. This is a highly technical position suited for engineers with deep hands-on experience in systems programming, reverse engineering, and offensive capability development. Candidates should be comfortable working across the full lifecycle—from research and development to operational deployment. What You’ll Do: Develop and maintain cyber capabilities using C and Python Design modular, scalable tooling for operational use Perform cross-compilation across multiple architectures and platforms Conduct reverse engineering and low-level system analysis Contribute to vulnerability research and exploit development Build and integrate implants and tooling with C2 frameworks Collaborate with operators to iterate on mission-driven requirements Maintain clean, version-controlled codebases and reproducible builds Required Qualifications: Active TS/SCI clearance: Bachelors degree is technical discipl...
