Social Worker MSW at Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center in Tarzana, CA. This position is Per Diem and will work 8-hour, Day shifts. The Medical Social Worker reports to the Director of Case Management or designee. Responsible for providing social services to patients and their families. Provides clinical social work services in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Providence Health & Services and the NASW. The Social Worker duties include but are not limited to providing resources, completing bio-psychosocial assessments, participation in treatment team planning, and discharge planning/case management service & crisis intervention.
