The Senior Relationship Manager is the central contact person for clients; he/she quarterbacks the delivery and maintenance of a wide array of diverse bank products and services through collaboration with partners and acts as a trusted advisor to the client’s executive management team. Within the Middle Market team, the Relationship Manager will focus on clients from core to upper middle market. This role is ideal for a seasoned banker skilled in navigating complex corporate structures, structuring sophisticated financings, collaborating with Treasury Partners and leading clients through all capital markets needs. Responsibilities: This role revolves around relationship building, idea generation, strategic business discussions, risk management, credit structuring, industry observations, and other matters of elevated importance. Manage a portfolio of credit and non-credit relationships of varying size and complexity.
