Description Job Summary: Responsible for performing catering functions for off-site Live Nation events such as concerts and shows for the bands’ road crew. Events are primarily in downtown Cleveland and Akron areas. Supervisory Responsibilities: None: Responsibilities: - Provides excellent customer service to our banquet guests. - Performs simple food preparation. - Maintains buffet. - Maintains cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the dining room and surrounding area. - Washes dishes. - Performs other duties as assigned.
