Job Description Summary This role provides critical leadership to lead various process and system improvement projects for the GE Healthcare Equipment Leasing and Loan Division ( Healthcare Financial Services (HFS). The responsibility of this role is to drive operational excellence, business process transformation, across the full financing lifecycle (e.g., origination, underwriting/credit, documentation, servicing, billing, accounting/close, reporting, and portfolio strategy).This is a highly visible role that provides critical insights to leadership, collaborates with multiple functions internally, and engages with external stakeholders including banking partners and system vendors.
