GENERAL OVERVIEW: Remedy Place is a first-of-its-kind social wellness club that is redesigning the meaning of social self-care. The Remedy Concierge is a pivotal figure in the day-to-day operations of each club location, serving as the first and last point of contact for guests and members. This role is an individual who thrives in hospitality focused customer service, eager to learn the world of holistic self-care, and maintains a keen eye for detail while in fast-paced environments. We are looking for candidates with Sunday and Monday availability. The Remedy Concierge ensures the comfort, satisfaction, and safety of guests and members during their remedy experiences, always upholding our company promise of leaving individuals feeling better than when they arrived.
