Job Description Aramark SeniorLIFE+ is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee multi-site operations across a portfolio of senior living communities in the Dallas–Fort Worth and Northeast Texas region. This senior leadership role provides operational oversight for 10–12 communities supporting both culinary and environmental services (EVS) operations within Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs) and senior living environments. The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for delivering strong operational performance, consistent hospitality standards, and positive client relationships across the region. The role partners closely with community leadership and client stakeholders to ensure each location delivers exceptional service to residents while maintaining operational discipline and financial performance.
