Job Description Summary The Advanced Manufacturing / Repair Technology Fluoride Ion Cleaning (FIC) Surface-Prep role is responsible for the execution of projects related to the cleaning and pre-joining prep of gas turbine superalloy components and supporting infrastructure business technology and productivity initiatives. This person will work directly with the various new make and services teams to drive development and industrialization of lean programs for parts fulfilment, contractual services productivity, as well as transactional services growth. The focus of this role is to develop, drive and industrialize process technology for Gas Turbine Technology with a continual focus on safety and lean principles and a heavy focus on Repair Value Stream specific initiatives. This role can affect short-term and long-term business goals.
