Summary of Position: Operations Asset Analysts ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of our equipment and systems. The position’s primary responsibility is to identify and analyze potential failures, develop and implement proactive strategies to mitigate risks, and continuously improve the reliability and maintainability of our products and systems. Operations Asset Analysts collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, maintenance, and operations, to drive reliability initiatives and optimize overall product performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reliability engineering principles, possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
