Senior Staff Software Engineer, App Hub

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience programming in C++. - 5 years of experience with design and architecture; and testing/launching software products. - Experience with distributed computing, big data analytics, cloud computing, multi-tenant cloud, or AI. Preferred qualifications: - 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms. - 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction. - Experience in designing and building high-performance back-end systems. - Understanding of distributed systems (networking, high queries per second serving stack) and developing at scale. - Ability to motivate, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to team members with excellent problem-solving and technical decision-making skills. - Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems that span across multiple components/domains.
