The Area Director Leisure Sales, will be at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives for OUTRIGGER Kona Resor & Spa and OUTRIGGER Kaui Beach Resort & Spa properties within the international Wholesale B market. The primary focus will be to achieve revenue targets, team booking pace objectives, as well as ensuring exceptional guest and partner satisfaction. With comprehensive oversight, the role will also be responsible for optimizing the financial performance of the segment. This will involve close collaboration with Commercial functions to craft and execute both strategic and tactical plans, all geared towards delivering the desired outcomes.
