About the role: The Engineer is responsible for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of all mechanical and non-mechanical systems aboard the Jean Ribault vessel. This role ensures compliance with United States Coast Guard (USCG) regulations and manufacturer specifications. The Engineer leads preventative maintenance efforts, supervises junior engineers, and plays a key role in upholding a culture of safety, professionalism, and operational excellence.
