Job Description Analyst/Associate – Capital Introductions & Prime Services (Equities) Location: New York, NY: Role Overview: Jefferies is seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Analyst to support the Capital Introductions within Prime Services team. This role sits within the Equities platform and provides exposure to Capital Introductions, Strategic Content, and Hedge Fund Advisory & Consulting Services. The Analyst will work closely with senior leadership to support hedge fund managers across the full lifecycle—from launch through growth and evolution—while helping drive data‑driven marketing strategy, investor targeting, and market intelligence. A core component of the role is the application of advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools to enhance client insight, content creation, and capital introduction effectiveness.
