CDI CRM Specialist (F/H/NB) CRM SPECIALIST (F/H/NB): Your mission: As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for the CRM implementation and play a pivotal role in enhancing customer relationships within Bayer CH. You will support the daily operation of CRM ensuring that our customer data management, segmentation, and order processes operate seamlessly in the OTC environment. You will closely work with the CRM manager and support him in advancement of strategies, plans, and systems in place. Inspired by what’s going on in our sales process, you should identify and resolve challenges, documenting and integrating solutions into our ongoing CRM process . You will also be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of data quality across our CRM and Business Intelligence tools, ensuring we deliver high value solutions to our internal and external customers.
