Civil Roadway Engineer Design As a Civil Roadway Engineer in the Design Department, you will support the design and project management for civil and roadway engineering for Ronald Reagan Washington National (DCA), Washington Dulles International (IAD) Airports, as well as landside highways and bridges including Dulles Toll Road (DTR), and Dulles International Airport Access Highway (DIAAH). Supports civil engineering design and project and contract management, with a primary focus on Capital Construction Program (CCP), Capital Improvement Program (CIP), and Renewal & Replacement (R&R) Program projects at Dulles Toll Road (DTR), Dulles International Airport Access Highway (DIAAH), Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Reagan National Airport (DCA).
