Student Communications Coordinator

Summary This position is responsible for the garnering the requirements, drafting, implementation, deployment, aligning, and monitoring the omni-channel student engagement model for Digital Services. This role constantly reviews and optimizes communications, ensuring the highest conversions through best in class communications to prospective and continuing students. This position will develop, maintain, and house a “Playbook” of the CHCP Digital Services model. This role is responsible for the housing and maintenance of the IVR and all outbound student facing recordings, no matter the medium of distribution. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Monitor all mediums of communications with prospective and continuing students. - Complete quarterly communications calibrations with relevant departments. - Ensure communications comply with company polices, and regulatory entities via alignment with corporate compliance. - Ensure accurate tracking of call notes and updates completed in the appropriate database. - Provide feedback to management to ensure each student is receiving the best experience. - Escalate communications when appropriate. - Ensure agent’s rosters are up to date mon...
