As we continue to optimize our global operating model, we are seeking a highly skilled Contract Governance Lead to join our Global Sourcing & Procurement Services (GSPS) organization to oversee AIG’s primary third-party Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) vendor relationship. This role will serve as the primary owner of contract and financial governance, ensuring compliance with complex commercial terms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident managing senior stakeholders, and capable of navigating sophisticated fee structures and contractual frameworks to drive value, mitigate risk, and ensure operational excellence.
