Position Summary: The President, in collaboration with the Everent Health (EHI) CEO, will act as the primary representative of Bluegrass Care Navigators (BCN). The President possesses comprehensive knowledge of all service lines and serves as an ambassador for all services offered by EHI and BCN. The President's responsibilities include overseeing daily hospice operations, managing finances (profit and loss), relationship management and primary contact/facilitator with the BCN Board, growth initiatives, ensuring quality, and maintaining staff engagement and retention within the market. The President will collaborate with the BCN Board to establish the strategic direction of the hospice and will develop the overall strategic plan for BCN with support and approval from EHI.
