Description Leasing Specialist Reports To: Regional Manager Location: Pittsburgh (South Hills) Pay: $35-45K Salary (based on experience) plus commission Job Purpose Are you a proactive real estate professional who excels in a fast-paced environment? Arbors Management is seeking a dedicated Leasing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end leasing process and property inspections for a diverse portfolio of scattered-site properties within your assigned region. You will serve as a primary resource for our clients (property owners) and customers (tenants), ensuring high occupancy rates and exceptional property standards.
