The Special Projects Sales plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by actively generating leads, developing new business opportunities, and negotiating pricing to support sales expansion. This individual is responsible for identifying and pursuing large-scale national opportunities, such as chain hotels and commercial developments, working with architects, while managing intricate project details and building strong customer relationships. By combining expert product knowledge with strategic sales efforts, this role will significantly contribute to the company’s market expansion and overall business success. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: - Generate and qualify new leads to build a robust sales pipeline. - Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure large-scale national accounts (e.g., chain hotels, commercial buildings). - Conduct outreach to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and industry events. - Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities and expanding the customer base. - Negotiate pricing and prepare initial quotes before transitioning deals to the District Sales Manager (DSM) for final closure. - Track...
