Maintenance Operations Leader - Reliability Maintenance

Job description

The key purpose of this role is to implement and optimize reliability, predictive and other reliability excellence (REX) maintenance programs for the Lancaster facility, with the objective of ensuring plant operations achieve/continuously improve high state of uptime, reliability and equipment availability. This position is safety sensitive. Steer and support REX systems and culture implementation as well as sustainability practices throughout the department and organization. Drive and sponsor the evaluation of equipment failures and failure history to identify and recommend potential capital or expense projects to eliminate equipment failures. Provide technical expertise to plant personnel on troubleshooting failures, repairs, and evaluating solutions. Participate in the maintenance activities for all the production departments’ manufacturing equipment, as well as the auxiliary equipment associated with the manufacturing process, consistently looking at opportunities to increase the identification of leading indicators of potential equipment failures.
