Associate Pastor Position Overview: We are a multi-generational, multi-ethnic Bible-believing church in the Valley neighborhood of Syracuse. Syracuse Alliance Church exists to magnify Jesus Christ and empower God's people to share the Good News of the gospel. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as our Associate Pastor. The Assistant Pastor supports the Lead Pastor in shepherding the congregation of Syracuse Alliance Church through pastoral care, discipleship, and ministry oversight. This role provides leadership to key fellowship and Youth ministries, assists with ordinances and church administration, and helps ensure the spiritual health and operational effectiveness of the church. The Assistant Pastor serves with joy, humility, and a heart for people, advancing the mission and vision of Syracuse Alliance Church.
