- Part-time fixed-term position 0.4 FTE(15 hours per week) | Hybrid working model. - Fixed term until June 30th 2027. - $56.76 p/h (credentialed) or $49.65 p/h (not credentialed) + 12% Super + NFP Salary Packaging. YOUR IMPACT: We’re looking for a Diabetes Nurse Educator to deliver high-quality diabetes education programs and information sessions funded through the National Diabetes Services Scheme (NDSS). In this role, you’ll facilitate group education programs across Victoria (including some after-hours and travel), support participants to build confidence in self-management, and contribute your clinical expertise to resource development, webinars, and broader organisational initiatives. You will also have the opportunity to support Diabetes Camps Victoria, helping children and young people living with type 1 diabetes and their families.
