Overview: Lucas-Milhaupt is seeking a motivated Co-Op Intern to join our New Product Development team. This role offers hands-on experience in product design, testing, and process improvement within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and testing new brazing and metal joining products. - Support engineering team with data collection, analysis, and documentation. - Participate in prototype development and performance evaluations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines are met.
