Overview Presbyterian Homes & Services - Optage Hospice is seeking a Full-time Music Therapist for its team. Optage Hospice offers older adult patients, their families and caregivers the care, insight and guidance to live as fully and comfortably as possible. Our comprehensive program is designed to help our clients achieve the best quality of life, ensuring they receive loving care and respect. A customized, family-centered plan of care is developed for the clients and is updated continuously.
