ANZ Europe SA’s strategy will be to provide existing and prospective EU customers with access to ANZ’s global capabilities in corporate finance, trade and markets. As part of this license application, ANZ is seeking to appoint the Head of Audit for ANZ Europe SA, who will be responsible for managing and overseeing the Internal Audit function for the subsidiary.
