Job Description Summary General Summary Responsible for managing the daily workflow and specific training required for all Distribution associates. Directs assigned personnel and is responsible for performance appraisals, development, corrective counseling, and recruiting. Responsible for continuous supply chain improvement activities in shipping, receiving, inventory management, and supplying materials. Reports to a DC Manager. Member of the DC leadership team.
