Posting Date 03/24/2026 2000 16th Street, Denver, Colorado, 80202, United States of America This position is responsible for the implementation of new or updating of existing business systems and processes in order to drive improvements across one or more of the business teams within Revenue Operations. In order to achieve this, the Systems Analysts will coordinate multiple stakeholders through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process including IT, external vendors and business teammates. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Analysis & Technical: Produces detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, communications, use cases, and user stories outlining problems, and opportunities. Translates business needs into requirements across multiple business systems or processes with some guidance. Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams, and Excel to communicate and facilitate daily operations.
