Job description

This position provides primary care to patients, including assessment, treatment, care planning, and medical care evaluation. Our Mission : Quality, compassionate care for all. What you'll be doing: Provide telephone-based clinical triage and symptom assessment Determine appropriate level of care and next steps Review patient history and document accurately and timely in the EMR Collaborate with providers and clinical care teams Educate patients and deliver clear instructions Prioritize urgent and high-risk calls: Manage message routing and escalation: Work efficiently in a fast-paced, multitasking call center environment ​ Qualifications: Current Montana RN license or a multi state compact license with authorization to practice nursing within the state of Montana; required.
