Description Position Summary: The Product Engineer II is responsible for designing and engineering furniture and cabinetry products that meet specific customer requirements while integrating with Stevens Industries’ existing product lines. This role is focused on application—not conceptual product development. You will take customer dimensions and specifications and translate them into production-ready designs that flow efficiently through manufacturing and assembly. This position requires a strong understanding of how products are built, along with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues directly on the production floor. Attention to detail and practical problem-solving are critical to success in this role. This role will also have the opportunity to leverage emerging AI tools to support design efficiency, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement within engineering and manufacturing processes.
