Location: All Souls Cemetery Status: Exempt, Full-Time: POSITION SUMMARY: Under the general direction of the Director, performs a wide range of difficult and complex duties associated with the management of administrative and operational activities of the Cemetery. Coordinates workflow, oversees and manages a harmonious interaction between Sales, Mortuary and Cemetery personnel . Uses considerable judgment in directing and managing the Cemetery . Assists in the planning and design of all products and new developments. ESSENTIAL FUNCIONS: Because all Archdiocesan employees represent the Roman Catholic Church, they are expected to conduct themselves according to the goals and mission of the Church in performing their work. - Plans, schedules, directs and supervises the personnel, grounds and office functions at a cemetery. - Formulates, develops and implements short and long-range plans to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of cemetery operations. - Assists in maintaining inventory control, land planning and development .
