As we continue to transform our business to meet the evolving needs of our customers, we’re looking for results driven leaders who bring creativity, collaboration and a strong commercial mindset. Join us as Head of Digital Marketing for Fashion, Home & Beauty, where you’ll shape and deliver the end to end digital marketing strategy across all channels. You’ll lead CRM, performance marketing, digital brand media, online planning and measurement to drive incremental growth, maximise ROI and scale operating profit. This is a senior leadership role with full commercial ownership, ensuring our investment is data driven, agile and aligned to trading priorities. To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office at least three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.
