Description As our Resort Groundskeeper , you will perform a variety of landscaping and maintenance duties to ensure our resorts are well-maintained and look presentable. This is a seasonal position that may require flexible scheduling availability Requirements: Job Requirements: - Ensure lawns are manicured appropriately - Regularly treat weeds for weed control, weed whip, rake leaves, plant flowers/shrubs, spread mulch/woodchips/stones, trim shrubs and hedges, cut down and remove tree limbs damaged by - adverse weather conditions, and perform other lawn care services - Pick up trash and debris from common areas and streets - Empty trash in common areas - Perform maintenance or repair duties - Ability to use saws, weed eaters, blowers, mowers, drills, or other handheld tools - Report all resort maintenance issues and concerns that they may identify while performing their daily duties directly to their manager - Maintain resort vehicles and equipment - Ensure the resort is presentable at all times and adheres to Island's curb appeal standards - Follow safety procedures while performing duties and operating vehicles Job Qualifications: The physical demands described here are represe...
