WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Lead Operator. Responsibilities: - Operates heavy equipment in compliance with the company operating safety policies and procedures. Assists in ensuring the immediate team is operating in compliance. This role has the knowledge to provide the guidance needed as well as a strong understanding and focus on the company's safety policies and procedures. This role is dedicated to the success of the team and the company through positive leadership and coaching. - Conducts routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment; maintains accurate records. This role is able to assist other operators by providing solutions to issues that may arise with equipment operations. This role has the knowledge to spot areas of concern where a new team member may not be able to. This position will also follow the company's reporting policies and be the dedicated "first contact" in the event of an accident or injury in the field. This position will be able to execute the "Stop Work" and ensure all steps are followed with safety & compliance being a top priority. - Moves and positions materials through use of material moving equipment.
