The Enrollment Specialist plays a key role in driving new family enrollment. You’ll engage directly with prospective parents, guide them through the decision-making process, and help them confidently choose TLE. This role is based in our Windermere location and focuses on converting inquiries into completed registrations by scheduling and supporting center tours. Ideal candidates are persuasive communicators who know how to influence without pressure.
