Overview/ Job Responsibilities Entarian is seeking a highly experienced Training Developer with a strong background in instructional design focused on Communications Security (COMSEC) systems. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating training curricula, courseware, and hands-on exercises related to Type 1 cryptographic equipment, Key Management Infrastructure (KMI), Intermediary Applications (iApp), Over-the-Network Keying (OTNK), and secure communications procedures. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with vendors and key stakeholders, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to translate complex technical concepts—such as key loading, troubleshooting, and destruction procedures—into clear, effective training for military personnel. Additionally, the candidate will support training needs analysis, implementation planning, sustainment efforts, and validation/verification activities. This position requires regular interaction with government personnel to identify requirements, coordinate planning efforts, review deliverables, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
