Who we are looking for The candidate will be responsible for researching and resolving complex operational issues while demonstrating teamwork and the willingness to take on special assignments. The candidate will engage in operational aspects concerning the front to back office flow with a primary focus on syndicated bank loans and alternative investments. The role involves daily interaction with various internal teams, custodian banks, and clients with the overall goal of providing timely support and resolution of all inquiries. What you will be responsible for Interacts with internal and external parties related to syndicated loan and alternative investment activity, post-trade settlement. Accounts for the day-to-day management of a functional team and manages daily service delivery and production activities performed by staff. Acts as primary contact and key escalation point for operational issues and provides technical expertise to resolve daily problems. Prepares and reviews various standardized reports within the business unit related to accounting activities.
