Job Description: You work in a field-based support environment where you ensure the continuity of retail and operational activities by providing hands-on and remote IT support across multiple locations. Your scope includes supporting cash register and point-of-sale systems, scanners, payment terminals such as Bancontact, network connectivity, printers, and other peripheral devices used in stores and operational sites. The function is highly varied and combines operational support with project-based work. When the Service Desk is unable to resolve an issue remotely, Field Engineers take ownership of the incident.
