Job description

Job Purpose The IT Co‑Op will support a variety of enterprise Information Technology initiatives and day‑to‑day operational activities. This role is designed for a motivated student who is eager to broaden their understanding of IT concepts, tools, and business processes while gaining hands‑on experience in a corporate environment. The co‑op will assist with IT communications, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) support, Microsoft Teams file cleanup and organization, and a defined IT project assignment. This position provides exposure to how IT services support and enable the business. Key Responsibilities: - Support IT operational activities, assisting with day‑to‑day tasks across the IT function. - Assist with IT communications, including preparing documentation, updates, presentations, or internal messaging for IT and business stakeholders. - Provide support for Annual Operating Plan (AOP) activities, including coordination, documentation, tracking initiatives, and assisting with reporting efforts. - Participate in Microsoft Teams file cleanup and organization, helping improve file structure, collaboration efficiency, and information governance. - Complete a designated IT project, which...
