A globally active manufacturer in the construction machinery and access technology sector is expanding its European footprint and strengthening its position in the aerial work platforms (AWP / MEWP) segment. As part of this growth phase, the customer is actively developing its commercial structure across key European markets. The customer is currently hiring experienced Sales Managers to support regional market development, drive customer acquisition, and further expand its AWP / MEWP business. Locations: Berlin | Düsseldorf | Munich | Stuttgart (Germany) Contract type: Permanent / 40 hours per week / Hybrid + field-based sales Start date: As soon as possible Your Responsibilities: Build and develop the regional market for AWP / MEWP solutions. Active acquisition of new customers and strategic development of key accounts. Manage customers from the following sectors: Rental companies. Construction companies. Industrial end customers. Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms. Close collaboration with after-sales and service teams.
