Job Summary: The Field Adjuster Trainee will complete training (4 weeks) via classroom followed by on-the-job training with experienced adjuster/mentors. Upon successful completion of the training you, will be assigned a service territory and become responsible for timely and effective field investigations of property insurance losses. Essential duties include documenting damages, preparing various written correspondences, recording activities in every claim file and estimating damage repairs using Xactimate.
