Job description

PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Oasis Operator role is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations through packaging, cleaning, material handling, quality checks , shipping activities, housekeeping, and team relief coverage. This role will primarily work in the production area and plays a critical part in maintaining production flow, material quality, plant cleanliness, and on-time shipment of finished goods. The Oasis Operator supports plant operations by responding to operational needs throughout the shift. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Coordinate daily trailer requirements with the Warehouse Coordinator based on the production schedule - Reclaim off-quality fiber and refeed material back to the formers according to process standards - Inspect finished product to ensure quality meets specifications - Ensure proper forming and stretch-wrapping of finished goods - Perform material handling activities, including operating a forklift and loading/unloading trucks - Ship materials using SAP and verify shipping documentation accuracy - Perform general housekeeping duties in assigned areas, including sweeping floors, blowing down lines, and cleaning common areas - Assist with preventativ...
